Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a scathing rebuke of opposition parties during a spirited address at a public rally in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. Accusing them of wielding a “basket of nepotism, corruption, and appeasement,” PM Modi spared no words in highlighting what he deemed as a critical lack of integrity among his political adversaries.
Drawing parallels to a rejected film project, PM Modi suggested that the opposition’s campaign narrative had failed to resonate with the people of Uttar Pradesh. “Once again, we witness the production of a film starring two princes, a narrative that has already faced rejection,” he remarked.
PM Modi also took aim at the opposition’s alleged disregard for religious sentiments, citing instances where the Congress candidate from Amroha struggled to vocalize patriotic slogans. “These individuals spare no effort in disparaging our faith,” he lamented.
Turning his attention to the contentious issue of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, PM Modi criticized both the Samajwadi Party (SP) and Congress for their reluctance to participate in temple ceremonies. “Their persistent attacks on the Ram Mandir and Sanatana Dharma are regrettable,” he asserted.
Expressing disappointment with the Samajwadi Party’s public condemnation of Lord Ram’s devotees as hypocrites, particularly during recent Ram Navami celebrations, PM Modi underscored the need for religious tolerance in political discourse. “At a time when the nation is filled with devotion to Lord Ram, the Samajwadi Party shamelessly denigrates his devotees,” he remarked.
PM Modi’s impassioned critique comes ahead of crucial state elections, underscoring the ruling party’s determination to maintain its position amidst stiff opposition.
