Prime Minister Narendra Modi Launches ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ at Bharat Mandapam

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the much-anticipated ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, today, marking the commencement of a three-day government-led initiative aimed at fortifying the startup ecosystem and catalyzing investments.

In his address to a diverse audience comprising aspiring entrepreneurs, seasoned investors, and business enthusiasts, the Prime Minister underscored the government’s unwavering commitment to bolstering emerging sectors, particularly deeptech.

The ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ emerged as the quintessential rendezvous for stakeholders across India’s startup landscape, boasting unparalleled participation from investors, innovators, and budding entrepreneurs alike.

With a staggering turnout featuring over 2000 startups, 1000+ investors, 100+ unicorns, 300+ incubators & accelerators, 3,000+ conference delegates, 10+ country delegations, 3000+ future entrepreneurs, and 50,000+ business visitors, the event fostered a dynamic atmosphere conducive to collaboration and networking.

Prime Minister Modi accentuated the pivotal role of the ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ in India’s journey towards becoming a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047.
