PM Modi Commends Chirag Paswan’s Leadership in Bihar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a public rally in Jamui, praised Chirag Paswan for his leadership in Bihar. He referred to Paswan as his “younger brother” and expressed contentment with how he is advancing the ideas of his late father, Ram Vilas Paswan.

“Bihar has been a compass for the entire country,” Modi stated, emphasizing the pivotal role of the state in the nation’s trajectory. However, he also voiced his concern over the fact that justice was not served to 5-6 generations of people in Bihar after independence.

These remarks from the Prime Minister come at a time when Bihar is experiencing significant changes under the leadership of Chirag Paswan. After the passing of his father, Paswan has stepped up to the plate and has been working tirelessly to bring his father’s vision for Bihar to fruition.

The Prime Minister’s endorsement is seen as a significant boost for Paswan, who has been making concerted efforts to effect positive change in the state. It also highlights the central government’s commitment to supporting Bihar in its journey towards development.

However, Modi’s comments about the lack of justice for several generations in Bihar post-independence have sparked a debate. Some interpret it as a veiled critique of the previous governments that have ruled Bihar and the country.

As the political narrative continues to unfold, the people of Bihar are hopeful that the combined efforts of the central and state governments will herald a new era of growth and prosperity in the state.
