KARNATAKA – Union Home Minister Amit Shah, during a roadshow in Ramanagara, raised concerns about the safety of the people of Karnataka under a Congress government.
Shah’s comments came in the wake of recent blasts in Bengaluru and the news of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) supporting Congress. “On one hand there are blasts in Bengaluru, on the other hand, I just got the news that SDPI has supported Congress,” Shah said.
The Union Home Minister questioned the potential implications of this political alliance. “If this is true then can the people of Karnataka remain safe under the Congress government?” he asked, implying a potential threat to the safety of the people.
The Congress party has yet to respond to these allegations. The safety of the people and the stability of the state’s law and order situation have now become central issues in the political discourse of Karnataka.
The recent blasts in Bengaluru have already put the city on high alert. With the added political tension, the situation in Karnataka remains uncertain.
The Union Home Minister’s comments have stirred a heated debate among political circles in the state. As the situation unfolds, the people of Karnataka await a response from the Congress party and reassurances about their safety.
